KEVIN CUDDY

Kevin J. Cuddy is a Government & Regulatory Affairs Executive in IBM’s Export Regulation Office in Washington, D.C. He assists the various IBM business units with their export control and economic sanctions compliance.

Prior to joining IBM, Kevin was a Senior Manager for International Trade Compliancewith General Electric Company in Washington, D.C. During his tenure at GE, he led the company’s trade compliance in Asia, in addition to handling the trade compliance for the GE Digital software business.

He is a member of the International Advisory Council of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and is a Board member and former Board Chair of the National Council on International Trade Development (NCITD). From 2015 to 2020, Kevin was a board member of Mosaic Theater Company.

He holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Economics from American University.
